After doing my research and deciding that I wanted to deal with Compass Tanks I ordered a 18000 litre galvanised tank which was needed to replace an old one. It was ready within 2 weeks. It was then delivered and placed into quite a confined space ( after removing the old one ) with fiddly adjustments needed to be made to align the tank with pre-existing outlet pipe work. Further adjustments were needed with the inlet pipes as well. Not an easy job! I was not only highly impressed with the quality of workmanship in the tank itself but also with the efficiency and enthusiasm with which it was delivered and installed. All at quite a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend Compass Tanks to anyone. A job well done!

We had the misfortune of needing our damaged 18000 litre water tank replaced, we rang Compass Tanks for a quote for a replacement tank. Bindon came to our home and quoted for a new tank. We had taken delivery of our new tank on Friday 04/5/12, a crew of 4 guys attended our job because of needing to remove a large heavy fence partition to remove the damaged tank and install the new tank. We were impressed by the guys from Compass Tanks for their friendly, professional manner in which they performed the work. They completed installing the water tank and replaced the fence partition, nothing was any problem to them. We would not hesitate in recommending Compass Tanks to our family and friends. We were looking for a tank and a friend recommended Compass Tanks. Their product and helpful service were great. We happily recommend them to potential customers.

Relying totally on rainwater for the house, we really needed everything to go perfectly to minimise the period without water. Basically we had less than a week to disconnect the old tank from the house, demolish the tank, prepare the new and bigger pad on the old tank site, have the Aquamate tank delivered and installed, and then plumb all new pipes back to the house. It was a daring project and …there wasn’t much room for error. My biggest concern (other than the storm that was forecast on installation day) was having ordered the Aquamate unseen and I didn’t know the supplier. However, on the big day the installers turned up on time, worked all day in 30 degree heat, finished ready for the water truck’s arrival and for the first rain in months! I’m very grateful to Aquamate, Compass Tanks, South Coast Sand & Civil and Solly’s Water Cartage for all working together to make it happen, without their friendly and professional work attitude it would have been impossible.
